13 Signs: New Moon in Virgo

*Happy New Moon! 

*Welcome to my 13 sign esoteric Astrology blog! I write about the hidden secret meanings of planetary alignments most western astrology perspectives cannot give you. Simply put, the western zodiac is not based on the actual movements in the sky! While the Sidereal (Vedic) zodiac is star based, even more so is the study of 13 sidereal signs, which includes the ever elusive constellation Ophiuchus Serpentarius, also on the ecliptic. That is if you wish to align with what’s actually happening in the Heavens! So if you’re following western dates, you’re just not aligning with the stars. Plain and simple. The Greeks mainly used a man-made seasonal time, which is not based in star constellations like ancient time! Is this what we choose to based our whole modern calendar on? Smh. I have dedicated a good portion of my Life to uncovering and decoding the true star map and its messages in the Sky. And I just so happen to be born the 1st day of the 13th Sign, Ophiuchus Serpentarius!😉

This New Moon today is the 2nd new moon in the constellation of Virgo, one of the deepest areas of the sky! In real time 13 sign astrology, we know that Virgo spans 44.5 degrees long, starts on Sept 16th and ends on Oct. 31st! True Virgo covers all of western Libra and the first week of Scorpio, the whole month of October til the End! Check your satellite apps today! You are in for a surprise! 

The origins of Halloween point to the End of Harvest festivities in celebration of the Earth Mother. This veil was the official cross over point into Libra’s part of Scorpio. Libra stars are located in the ancient Claws of the giant Scorpion constellation! A few thousand years ago, The Romans renamed the hands of the Scorpion, the scales of Libra. But originally Virgo and Scorpio were connected! There was no Libra! You can easily still look this up! In the sky, the stars on Libra‘s scales have remained named the North and South Claws to this very day! The North Claw is Zubeneschamali and the Southern Claw is Zubenelgenubi. If we look deeply into the animal symbolism depicted, the scorpion uses its claws for making love as well as for slaying its prey. Whoa! Make love not war right!? The inner battle/balance within Libra’s scales (claws) of truth and justice are also ever present in every facet of our relationships, as well as our personal desires. The Libra Scorpio zone in the sky takes partnerships, relationships, and soul contracts of every kind, very seriously. Sometimes our claws just won’t let go. Until death do we part? Sometimes this area of our psyche doesn’t even know the difference. There really is a thin line between Love and Hate. Love and War. Life and Death.

Therefore, we can easily see how and why the constellations of Virgo and Scorpio will always be intertwined! The ancient Egyptians strongly emphasized that Life here on Earth is to be utilized as preparation for the Eternal Life on the Otherside. With this comes a great deal of never ending choices. That which to hold on to. That which to let go of. There’s always a price to pay for what we choose, a sacrifice of some sort. Working with the principles of Maat, we know that the ultimate truth is universal Oneness. Living in Maat is still paramount especially as we navigate thru this zone of the sky for our New Moon awakening! We All have come to a crossroads in our lives and want to ascend to a higher level of development for this cleansing New Moon deep in the constellation of Virgo. Health, healing and cleansing are still key. I would say even more so as we get deeper into the Underworld with the resurrection Goddesses. Use prayer and intuition to formulate your own personal brand of rituals that are needed at this time. The deities/energies associated with this new moon are all working on balancing our inner world. I invite you all to work on this exercise with me:

*Write a list of all your strengths/positive attributes. Now write a list of all your weaknesses or what you consider to be negative traits that are holding you back from your highest potential. And finally I want you to work on eliminating your weaknesses by emphasizing your strengths!

Very simple yet very important for this crossing over zone of the sky coming right upon us. Don’t hesitate to call on the power of our ancient guides working deeply within this energy. There are a number of creation/afterlife gods and goddesses. Some of my favorite are Maat, Isis (Auset), Osiris (Ausar), Anubis, Serket, Persephone, Chiron, Medusa and Nekhbet. Studying their roles in antiquity should give us a good sense of what is at work in our daily lives right now. This cycle of Virtue, Protection, Sacrifice and Rebirth will be in effect for 2 weeks till the next full moon. The Virtue of Maat holding the scales of Libra, the Claws of the Scorpion, representing that which we hold onto and that which we must let go of in order to rebirth ourselves.

New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo…. The Ring of Fire

Happy New Moon Solar Eclipse!

The solar and lunar energy we have today is in the constellation of LEO, and it is packed with fire power! Now is the time to jump start your life in a new direction! Even with Mercury Retrograde going on, use the wisdom and knowledge of the Past to move forward! Also honor the creative Feminine Power raising up right now! All the Goddesses are being called on for the rest of the year to assist each and every one of us!

*Solar Eclipses are New Moons with tremendous power! This is a time of great spiritual renewal and transformation. During solar eclipses we begin something new! Right now we should be making promises to ourselves about the future. A lot of us will commit to change and mature, taking on greater challenges and adventures. This new moon solar eclipse will have us all  looking deep within our Hearts (Leo) for the courage and strength to move towards new frontiers in our lives.

The Leo New Moon is one of the most royal of them all! In ancient Egypt, it is Sekhmet, the Lioness that is the keeper of the Sacred Flame! Sekhmet is the goddess of war and healing. Her name comes from the ancient Egyptian word Sekhem, which means power. She was widely known as “The One Who is Powerful” and “The One Before Whom Evil Trembles” Sekhmet is depicted as a fierce warrior goddess with the head of a lion wearing all Red. She was prayed to everyday to keep the peace. While tamed lions were kept in her temples. End of battle festivals to stop the fighting were held in her name. Sekhmet is one of the oldest known Egyptian deities! Some researchers say she originated in Sudan where lions are more plentiful. Sekhmet is also the goddess of medicine and menstruation. Her name is used in prayers to protect borders and cure diseases. Physicians, healers, and skilled doctors, all revered Sekhmet. She is “The Lady of Terror” and “The Lady of Life”.

Sekhmet was mentioned numerous times in spells of The Book of The Dead as both a creative and destructive force. But she is mostly known as a fierce protector of Ma’at. “The One Who Loves Ma’at and Who Detest Evil”. Bast, another cat goddess, is a sistar goddess to Sekhmet and was also celebrated with her at gatherings and parties. Ancient Egypt and the royal cat goddesses remain legendary till this day. Sekhmet was also a party animal! Without the fun side, Sekhmet was sure to destroy humanity. Huge parties were given in her name to restore the balance. For the Leo New Moon Eclipse be fearless in your healing. It is now time to face the things that you feel have too much power over you. You can do it! Sekhmet will help. Just call on her and light a candle! Now would also be a great time to do a blood cleanse and to work on any womb issues like fibroid tumors, cysts or candida. Be creative, challenge yourself to get to the next level and let your artistic pursuits shine, shine, shine!  We must all pass through the flames of Sekhmet, to create definitive change and claim sweet victory in our lives.

13 Signs: Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn …. The Sea Goat

*Happy Full Moon Lunar Eclipse!

Contrary to western pop culture astrology, this full moon lunar eclipse cycle is actually in the constellation of Capricorn. Money, power, business, status and success will be the focus for the next 2 weeks. Go ahead and get busy with your list of things to do. Work, debt, salary, time and money are all major right now. We can definitely get ahead using better organization and time management. Saturn, Capricorns domain, is Father Time and represents the laws of the material world. Without proper structure, this eclipsed moon cycle can become a depressing frustration! If you want to be a grand achiever and manifest your goals, you have to do the necessary work. Ask yourself what is your ultimate destination. What mountain can you summit that will bring total fulfillment?

Capricorns symbolism as a Goat and a Fish helps us realize that it takes deep sea introspection and subconscious diving, in order to pull ourselves up to the top. Also nothing great is gained or maintained without a lot of sacrifice. Capricorn knows all about it. Super Full Moon 13 Sign Astrology

Happy Super Full Moon!!

*Supermoons are new and full moon alignments that happen extremely close to the Earth. Because of this, their energetic effects will be felt the strongest for the year! The lunar energy we will be completing today is in the constellation of Pisces! That means this dreamy watery sign will influence our subconscious mind for 2 weeks till the New Moon comes in. Now is the time to jump start your spiritual life in a new direction. It is time for a Rebirth. This Super Full Moon is in the deepest depths of Pisces! A time of great spiritual renewal and transformation. This is a new Paradigm awakening within our lives! And it is happening through us searching deeply within! Pisces is the spiritual abyss to the underworld. The primordial waters. The cycle of life, death, and rebirth continues for all beings and creatures of the universe. Pisces is The Mother of all Mothers. The void. Mamiwata. To access the powers of this Super Full Moon and the next 2 weeks, you must have Faith. This full moon will have us collectively feeling the deepest parts of our soul’s existence.

The Sun, still in Virgo till Halloween, is asking us to cleanse, cleanse, cleanse!!! Working with the waters of Pisces and our deepest emotions. More layers of humanity’s past karmas are ready to be purged and released again. These Blood Moons & Eclipses are like Supermoons, and have all been more important than usual. Many wonderful breakthroughs and beginnings are happening. This full Moon opposite Sun alignment will help us to balance and organize the energy with healthy organic Earth magic just to stay afloat! Working with the earth and exercising the mind-body connection are essential and can no longer be ignored. “Health is Wealth” is very real! Virgo represents the divine feminine intelligence that is our birthright within her Matrix. We all have to incubate and pass through a woman to get here on earth. The word Matrix means egg or womb in Latin and can be traced back to the Goddess Maat, the Goddess of balance and order. These principles and concepts originate in Virgo…The Maatrix Mother. In reality it is the constellation of Virgo that is on the Fall Equinox, creating the balance that we are All seeking.

Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Pisces……Mamiwata, The Spiritual Abyss

Happy Full Moon Lunar Eclipse! 

What an amazing time to be alive and witness one of our most profound transformations! I’m very excited to see more interest and openness to 13 sign astrology. With satellite apps and the internet, we really don’t have any excuse for blindly staying on western zodiac. Times are changing rapidly and knowing the correct star placements really make all the difference. Today we have a total lunar eclipse in Pisces. No it’s not in Aries, like mainstream media is saying. If you have a google sky map app you can verify this for yourself. The difference between Aries and Pisces is like night and day. Aries energy makes you wanna fight. Pisces energy will have you crying for other people. As I have stated in my previous articles recently, we are in the middle of a great change. We are actively reorganizing our mind body connection with the Sun, Mercury and Venus all in Virgo all month! Mercury also is in Virgo for the whole retrograde. If you know anything about astrology, Virgo is the sign of the woman. The Virtue of Maat. This shift in consciousness will start in the mind (Virgo) and will revolutionize our relationship to women and our earth. This is a massive overhaul that will become more intensified today! Full Moon Eclipses are major life changers. The Full Moon in Pisces today will signify a deeper spiritual integration in this global massive cleanup sweeping the earth. More spiritual groups and movements are starting to emerge as we women are waking up to our true power! Virgo and Pisces are very feminine and healing signs. This is a great time to honor and give back to the women around you, especially if you are a woman. It will strengthen your own truth. In the past, civilizations couldn’t survive without the women all being on one accord with basic functioning trade and or business. I do believe we are at this point again. As soon as we women make up our minds to organize, purify our tribes, and fully come together, the world will become more balanced. Pisces is the sign of spiritual unity so this will totally include men as well! The shift will happen on an emotionally quiet level first, which happens to be mainly women’s domain. The Cosmic Ocean. I’m hoping this will also signal more care and tending to our oceans. But again this really starts from within, so fasting, doing water prayers, libations and yoga on the beach, will activate the necessary drastic internal shifts that have to happen right now. For the next 2 weeks of the Pisces Full Moon Eclipse Cycle, work with your ancestors in libations. Talk to your your relatives that are protecting you from the other side and ask them for guidance if you are not sure what to do about something. Anything. Since western astrology is so off, I think now would be a good time to make note that we are really still in the Age of Pisces. Uranus is in Pisces not Aries and Neptune is in Aquarius. Pisces is the spiritual abyss to the underworld. The primordial waters. The cycle of life, death, and rebirth continues for all beings and creatures of the universe. The Mother of all Mothers. The void. To access the powers of this eclipse and the next 2 weeks you must have Faith. Things may be a lil chaotic. Pisces is a mutable water sign. The most changeable of all the signs. Pisces means two fish and two modes of movement. The Feet. One negative and one positive, creating the natural flow of life. Pisces people are extremely sensitive so this is a time to stay extra aware using intuition. Know when it’s time to be alone and get some rest and rejuvenation during this retrograde especially. There are some awesome deities (energies) we can all work with and study for this moon cycle: Yemoja, Nun, Nunet, Osiris, Oshun, Mamiwata, Wadjet, Mermaids, Olokun, Amethyst, Violet Flame & St. Germain.
